2014’s follow up, the critically acclaimed Trouble In Paradise, arrived with a more refined, musically textured sound. With tracks like Let Me Down Gently and Uptight Downtown glittering with Italo futurism and others like Sexotheque drenched in tropical sunshine, this collection of deeper, introspective songs delivered front woman Elly Jackson’s matured vocals with an irrepressible bounce. Taking Trouble In Paradise out on the road saw Jackson complete the transformation from visceral pop siren to be recognised as an artist of real substance with triumphant appearances in 2015 at Glastonbury and Latitude festivals and five star performances across the UK, Europe, South America and the U.S.
